Rent-A-Geek^SM computer services have a simple rate structure. No complex formulas:

• Rent-A-Geek^SM home service: $90.00 per hour
• Rent-A-Geek^SM business service: $100.00 per hour
• Rent-A-Geek^SM business networking service: $120.00 per hour

We have a one-hour minimum charge. Rent-A-Geek^SM computer services do not have any travel fees in the main Portland Metro area, (within 25 miles of downtown Portland, as measured by Mapquest.com with a 'From' address solely as ZIP code 97201) so the billing doesn't start until a technician is at your location.

Rent-A-Geek^SM emergency service is available, at double the normal hourly rate. (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, four-hour maximum to your location.)

Rent-A-Geek^SM business networking service is any work involving a dedicated server or computer running a 'server' OS, such as a file/print server, email server, or web server; high-speed internet connections other than cable and DSL, and any routers not designed primarily as a 'Cable/DSL' router.
